Dr. Ferro Explains Exercise For Level 1 of The PURE ProActive Program

Low intensity exercise is highly recommended on Level One of the PureProActive.com plan. It’s important to keep your HR below 120 as a standard rule. From all the good clean food you are eating, your body will have just enough calories to energize you but be short enough calories to start burning stored energy “fat”. If you exercise too intensely, your body will go into “starvation” mode and shut down fat metabolism. Working out with a personal training, pilates/yoga instructor will ensure your breathing, heart rate and technique are stimulating you not annihilating you.
